Paul B. Knapinski, age 92, of Waterville, OH passed away on Tuesday February 9, 2021. He was born on June 26, 1928 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Bert and Stella (Boyak) Knapinski. Paul leaves behind the love of his life wife Judith A. (Gust) Knapinski; children Paul (Soozie) Knapinski, Nanette (Charles) Okorowski, Bonnie Kobee, James “Jim” (Claire) Knapinski, and Dr. Gregory “Greg” (Amy) Knapinski; He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Paul and Judy were married on November 27, 1948. He loved spending time with family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed high school and college football, was a high school football referee for many years in the state of Ohio. Paul proudly served his country in the US Navy in WWII. He also enjoyed playing golf and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Toledo, Ohio. He will be missed deeply by many family members and friends. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at a later date. Inurnment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum in Toledo, Ohio.
