Billy James Marshall 68, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after fighting a courageous battle against lung cancer.
Billy was born June 4th, 1950 in Bastrop, Texas but lived most of his life in Groveport, Ohio. He was a 1968 graduate of Groveport Madison High School.
He recently started attending Clime Road COG where he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.
Preceded in death by parents Edgar and Audra Marshall. Survived by The Love of His Life Ethel Rose Donley. Billy loving called her Rose and she has been his constant companion and care giver during his illness. Daughter Tracy Hopkins, Step Sons Jim (Amy) Donley and Michael (Reenie) Donley, Grandchildren Jamie Lynn, Mikie, and Ava Donley, Makayla Bullock, Chelsea Newsome, Sydney Hopkins. Great-Grandson Logan Michael Meyer. Loving sister and brother-in-law Vickie and Lynn Bullock. Nephew Andy (Angela) Bullock, Niece Jamie (Rob) Cable. Several Great nieces, nephews and cousins. Good friend and card partner William (Cheryl) Hunter.
Celebration of Life Saturday, October 13th at 2pm Clime Road Church of God, 3600 Clime Rd. Columbus 43228. Pastor Wayne Dean officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service. Memorials can be sent to Clime Road COG 10am-2pm prior to services or donations to Mount Carmel Hospice.

I am so very very sorry to hear about Billy. It's so sad to lose somebody you love but we have to remember they are feeling better now and looking down on us. He's up there now having a reunion with a lot of family and friends❤❤❤
